Team Tornado visiting local schools to teach kids about storm safety

    Team Tornado will be visiting schools across the Miami Valley, speaking to more than six-thousand students about storm safety. Below is a list of the schools our meteorologists will be visiting through the months of April and May:


    April 24: Monticello Elementary - Huber Heights, 1:30 p.m.

    April 26: Holy Angels School - Sidney, 10:00 a.m.

    Washington Primary - Piqua, 1:45 p.m.

    April 27: Union Elementary - Union, 2:30 p.m.

    April 28: St. Patrick School - Troy, 1:30 p.m.

    May 1: Russia Local Schools - Russia, 9:00 a.m.

    May 2: City Day Community School - Dayton, 9:30 a.m.

    May 3: St. Charles - Kettering, 9:00 a.m.

    Eastmont Elemetnary - Dayton, 1:00 p.m.

    May 4: Trebein Elementary - Xenia, 1:00 p.m.

    May 5: Rushmore Elementary - Dayton, 9:45 a.m.

    Helke Elementary - Vandalia, 2:30 p.m.

    May 8: Valerie Pre-K - Dayton, 12:45 p.m.

    May 9: Northridge Elementary - Springfield, 9:00 a.m.

    May 10: St. Luke School - Beavercreek, 9:00 a.m.

    Fort Loramie Elementary - Fort Loramie, 1:30 p.m.
