Sinclair CC gets knocked out of the NJCAA DII World Series tournament

DAYTON, Ohio (WRGT/WKEF) -- The Division II National Junior College World Series run for Sinclair Community College is over. The Tartan Pride lost to two opponents on Wednesday, Northern Oklahoma College - Enid and Mother Nature.

Sinclair’s game against Enid was postponed in the middle of play on Tuesday. When play resumed on Wednesday, Enid knocked Sinclair from the tournament 10-6.

The “Roll Pride” put up five runs in the 8th inning, but fell in the 9th. Enid will face LSU Eunice for a chance at the World Series. The tournament is down to four teams, and Enid must be LSU Eunice twice to advance to the final.
