Holiday Cocktails



    Belle Holiday Cocktail

    • 1 oz. Dayton Vodka
    • 1 oz. Irish cream liqueur
    • 0.5 oz. coffee liqueur
    • 0.5 oz. Gingerbread Syrup, recipe follows
    • 1 spoonful vanilla ice cream, softened
    • Whipped cream, for topping
    • Garnish with crushed gingerbread cookies

    Gingerbread Syrup:

    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup water
    • 5 cloves
    • 2 cinnamon sticks
    • One 2-inch piece fresh ginger, cut into rounds

    Candy Cane Belle Gimlet

    • 2 oz. Dayton Gin
    • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 1 oz. simple syrup
    • 4-5 large mint leaves muddled
    • 1 egg (separate; egg white)
    1. Dry Shake with lime juice, simple syrup and egg white
    2. Add ice and gin and shake again; stain into glass
    3. Garnish with mint leaf and candy cane
