KETTERING, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - Today marks 19 years since Erica Baker went missing from Kettering.

Erica was walking her dog near the Kettering Recreational Center on February 7, 1999 when she went missing. The dog was later found, but Erica has not been seen since that day. Christian Gabriel admitted to being in the van that hit and killed her then hid the body somewhere. He spent six years in prison for gross abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence and has since been released.

This year mark's Erica's 29th birthday. Kettering Police continue to ask for anyone who may know anything about her disappearance to call them at 937-296-2555 or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678).
