DAYTON, Ohio (WRGT/WKEF)- Thousands of people greeted fall with the annual Oktoberfest at the Dayton Art Institute Saturday.
Oktoberfest celebrates everything about German culture, from the food and beer to the live music.
FOX 45/ABC 22 personalities attended the event and even made new friends along the way.
Chairman for Oktoberfest John Rossi said Oktoberfest is not just for adults, the event had tons to offer for children as well.
“This is a museum so it’s all art based so kids can make their own art. We have sand sculptures we have painting there, so it is a family event.”
Sunday is the last day for Oktoberfest, if you wanted to attend you can park at the Marriott Hotel by University of Dayton and take a free shuttle. The RTA is also providing services from Downtown Dayton.
