MIAMI VALLEY, Ohio (WRGT/WKEF)- As the winter weather moves through the Miami Valley, some counties have issued a level 1 snow emergency. Montgomery, Logan, Champaign and Clark counties have all issued a level 1 snow emergency for their residents.
Although most of the snow fell Saturday, the Miami Valley is seeing additional snow fall Sunday morning. FOX 45/ABC 22 meteorologist Greg Bobos said the Miami Valley could potentially see another 1-2" of snow Sunday morning.
A level 1 snow emergency means the roadways are dangerous with the blowing and drifting snow. It also means the road could be icy underneath the snow. Authorities are warning drivers to be cautious and drive slow when driving in the winter weather conditions.
