"The teachers at the school noticed and heard rumors of an inappropriate relationship so they pulled him in the office and spoke to him and that's when he admitted to it.," said Muncy.
The teenager claimed the incidents took place at two hotels in Miamisburg.
"I have a son too and i wouldn't want my son to be subjected to stuff like that," said a Dayton father who didn't want to be identified.
Muncy said the boy's parents were fooled by Smith.
His message to other parents, be on guard.
"If they're coming to your house, if they're picking them up outside of school hours that normally teachers don't do that. That's some red flags," said Muncy.
