Riverside Police investigating home where baby girl was found buried in the yard
RIVERSIDE, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - FOX 45's Nathan Edwards confirmed Riverside Police are investigating a home where a baby girl was found buried in the yard.
The Montgomery County Coroner's office confirms they were called to the 4500 block of Richland Avenue Sunday night to remove the newborn baby girl's body. A Riverside police report lists the birth date of the victim in this case as Dec. 21, 2017. The coroner's office says an autopsy has been done on the baby, who's identified as Addalynn George, however, those results are pending. Police said the girl's parents are cooperating, but there are no suspects currently in custody.
Kettering Police said they got an anonymous tip on Sunday that something had happened involving a baby, and they investigated far enough that they felt Riverside Police needed to respond to the call. Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation confirmed it was then called by Riverside Police to help in the investigation.
