Christmas music in September on WARM 98 for a good cause
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Christmas music in September? Most would say that's too early but WARM 98 is doing it for a good cause. That cause is Brody Allen.
Brody is a two-year-old from Colerain Township. He has a rare form of brain cancer and he may not live to see Christmas. His family has decided to celebrate early and has enlisted the help of the community.
Jim Day and Amanda Orlando from the WARM 98 morning show said the station is playing a Christmas song once an hour just for Brody. They ask that their listeners send positive thoughts to the toddler.
On Sept. 20, WARM 98 is asking people from the community to meet at the Colerain Kroger at 6:30 p.m. From there, they'll consolidate cars to go to Brody's neighborhood and sing Christmas carols.
Brody's neighborhood has already decorated for Christmas. Christmas cards are arriving from all over the world. A Christmas parade is set for Sept. 23.
