CELINA, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - A Celina man has been arrested on multiple charges after police say his 3-year-old child was wandering away from home while he was sleeping.

Police were called to the 900 block of Murlin Street on Monday, July 9, after the toddler was seen wandering around the Reynolds and Reynolds property across the street from the child's home. Police say the child's father, Austin P. Swartz, 23, was inside the home asleep.

According to police, Swartz is on parole and when police were responding to his home, they searched it along with his parole officer. Inside, police say they found more than 500 grams of suspected marijuana, suspected LSD, a large amount of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
