DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - Bath time was anything but routine for a Dayton mother Wednesday.

The woman called police telling dispatchers she was giving her son a bath when she heard a loud 'pop.' When she looked up, the woman says she saw a hole in her bathroom wall, just above the bathtub where she was bathing her 1-year-old son. "I'm sorry, I'm having a hard time believing what just happened," the woman told the dispatcher. " The woman says the bullet went over her and her son's head, "he still has shampoo in his hair, I heard a loud pop, I'm covered in drywall."

Luckily, the woman and her son were not hurt.

According to a police report, at the same time the mother called 911 from her home on Niagara Avenue, someone across the street called about an argument that was going on in a home and shots were fired. It's not clear yet if the two incidents are related.
