LOGAN COUNTY, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - Freezing rain is getting the work week off to a dangerous start across the Miami Valley.

Two counties have already declared snow emergencies due to the conditions.

Logan County is under a Level 1 emergency, meaning roads are hazardous and icy and drivers should use caution.

In the southern part of the Miami Valley, Clinton County has issued a Level 2 snow emergency, meaning roads are dangerous and drivers should stay off the roads unless it's necessary.

The icy conditions have prompted dozens of schools and organizations to delay or close for the day. Click here for a full list.
