Sunday into Monday we will have highs close to freezing and another system will bring us more sleet and snow. We'll start of with some snow showers in the morning, then temps will climb quickly to freezing by early afternoon. This will change the snow to an icy wintry mix. This will continue through the evening and slowly taper off through the overnight. As temps fall toward Monday morning, roads will freeze making for an icy morning commute. Snow totals will be minimal, only up to around 1", due to the afternoon wintry mix.
By Tuesday we will have our coldest air of the season move in, with some of us struggling to get out of the teens. The cold snap continues through Thursday with single digit lows Tuesday through Thursday.
