DAYTON -- Wright State freshman Everett Winchester has decided to transfer from the program after one season.

Winchester averaged 8 points and 3.8 rebounds per game as a freshman.

He would have been the Raiders fifth leading returning scorer.

He was second on the team with 11 points in Wright State's NCAA Tournament game against Tennessee.

Winchester will have to sit out this season and has already used his redshirt so he'll have only two years of eligibility remaining.
