UD police make an arrest in connection with reported break-ins by naked man

DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - The University of Dayton police have made an arrest in connection with a burglary incident from Feb. 15 that happened in a student neighborhood.

At approximately 12:30 p.m. Feb. 16, police were able to arrest Andres E. Berdut based upon eyewitness identification and a subsequent interview. Officials have confirmed he is a student at UD.

He is currently in Montgomery County Jail, and faces charges of burglary and abduction.

The campus police are continuing to investigate the two other incidents from the same day.
