Ohio man arrested on his 7th OVI
UNION TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - A Brown County man was arrested for what state troopers say is his seventh OVI. William Burson, 38, was arrested on April 15.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol said Burson was stopped on SR 32 for a turn signal violation at about 10:47 p.m.
The trooper said Burson appeared to be intoxicated. A breath test showed he had a .127 BAC, according to OSP.
Burson has had four OVI convictions in Brown County, one in Hamilton County and a previous OVI conviction in Clermont County.
