URBANA, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - Police have arrested two people after an on-going drug investigation in Urbana.

Police raided the home on Boyce Street on Thursday, December 7, arresting Forrest Saylor, 27, and Cassandra Miller, 25.

Police say inside the home, they found a large marijuana grow operation, suspected fentanyl, LSD, morphine, hashish and other unknown substances. Police say the other substances will be sent to the crime lab to be analyzed. Drug paraphernalia was also found, police say, along with what appears to be prescription pills. Police also found two handguns they say belonged to Saylor.

Saylor faces multiple charges including:

  • Two counts of Having weapons while under disability – Felony 3 offenses
  • Two counts of Possessing criminal tools – Felony 5 offenses
  • Trafficking in drugs – Felony 4 offense
  • Illegal manufacture of drugs – Felony 2 offense
  • Cultivation of marijuana – Felony 4 offense
  • Illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs – Felony 2 offense
  • Aggravated possession of drugs (DMT) – Felony 5 offense
  • Possession of marijuana – Felony 5 offense
  • Possession of LSD – Felony 5 offense
  • Possession of hashish – Minor Misdemeanor offense
  • Drug paraphernalia – Misdemeanor 4 offense
  • Marijuana drug paraphernalia – Minor Misdemeanor offense
  • Tampering with drugs – Felony 4 offense

Miller is charged with:

  • Two counts of Possessing criminal tools – Felony 5 offenses
  • Trafficking in drugs – Felony 4 offense
  • Illegal manufacture of drugs – Felony 2 offense
  • Cultivation of marijuana – Felony 4 offense
  • Illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs – Felony 2 offense
  • Aggravated possession of drugs (DMT) – Felony 5 offense
  • Possession of marijuana – Felony 5 offense
  • Possession of LSD – Felony 5 offense
  • Possession of hashish – Minor Misdemeanor offense
  • Drug paraphernalia – Misdemeanor 4 offense
  • Marijuana drug paraphernalia – Minor Misdemeanor offense
  • Tampering with drugs – Felony 4 offense

Saylor and Miller were taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail, the pair made their initial court appearance Friday morning.
