UPDATE: The DPS Board has approved a separation agreement between the district and Rhonda Corr.

In a press released handed out during a meeting Tuesday afternoon, officials said the Board of Education and Corr mutually decided to part ways. She resigned from her position, and the Board accepted it at the special meeting.

The agreement provides for the continuation of Corr's base salary, insurance benefits and State Teacher Retirement System contributions through the end of the contract year, and the final two years of her contract will be foregone.

DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - We could learn the future of Dayton Public School Superintendent Rhonda Corr tonight.

According to the agenda for the Dayton Public School Board, the board will be discussing Corr. FOX 45 reached out to Coor's attorney, Jon Paul Rion, who would not comment on tonight's meeting.

Corr has been on paid administrative leave since late November. Corr has been accused of lying on IRS documents, cursing at district employees, changing department policies to financially benefit herself and falling asleep at teacher contract meetings, according to documents released at a DPS board meeting. Corr could lose her position as Superintendent, but her attorneys say there is no just cause for her to be fired.

Corr's attorney says he believes the allegations against her are politically motivated.
