3 drivers arrested for OVI at Butler County checkpoint
HAMILTON, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - Crews arrested 3 drivers for OVI while they were operating a checkpoint in Hamilton Friday night.
580 vehicles passed through the checkpoint on State Route 4 just north of Kyle Station Road between 9 p.m. and midnight. In addition to the OVI arrests, 1 person was also found to be driving under suspension and 1 was arrested for possession of marijuana.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol, Butler County Sheriff's Office and the Butler County OVI Task Force all had people out to work the checkpoint and contribute to saturation patrols in the area.
