16-year-old victim in West Liberty-Salem shooting Logan Cole speaks out

BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio (WBLL/WKPO) - Almost a month after the shooting at West Liberty-Salem High School, the 16-year-old who was shot spoke out about the experience.

Logan Cole and his parents were on Chalk Talk Feb. 15, a radio show aired by WBLL/WKPO in Bellefontaine.

Cole returned to class the same week after returning home from Nationwide Children’s Hospital where he was treated.

The alleged shooter, Ely Serna, is currently undergoing a mental evaluation to determine if he will be tried as an adult or juvenile.
